Using a 12-volt li-on battery pack (please note, not supplied) that runs for about an hour, you can choose when and where in the dive you want to turn it on. To regulate the heat, the vest is constructed from a smart fabric and it works even when it is damp or wet. This award-winning product is a welcomeand possibly in certain situations, life-savingaddition to any serious divers kit.

So while your buddy can cash in a few of those gold sovereigns and will be diving somewhere tropical with about a 100 metres of vis. This vest is something that the rest of us can definitely use as water temperatures fall. In one size, heats your front and back and is complete with all of the cables (includes female easycon connection, coiled cable and the make-through cable for the suit). The item is brand new in box and was supplied by Typhoon to the MoD, so it is unbranded. At only 3mm thick and 900g, the vest fits nicely under your drysuit to keep you snug and warm.
