Northern Diver scuba diving drysuit, mens MLT

It's a size MLT and fits my husband well (5'10", 34" waist). Pee valve integrated, and neoprene seals. It doesn't leak per say. We had the neck seal replaced last year as it was damaged, but it still le. My husband explains it as he feels water getting in if he looks up during the dive and air goes out. I think he'd be better with a latex seal.

Otherwise, we have tried going in at the shore up to just below the neck seal and coming back out, with no leaks in the suit itself. Basically, if you have a slightly thicker neck than him, you should be dry as a bone!
