The size is medium but I have uploaded the Northern Diver size chart so you can check the fit. The boots are hard soled heavy duty insulated size 8 (42 EU). I bought it planning to learn to dive but it never happened, and now I wouldn't be able to fit in the suit if I wanted to! The details of the suit are: 3mm Compressed Neoprene The seams are sewn externally and glued and taped internally Hard soled heavy duty size 8 boots Full length dry zip with zip protectors (internal and external) Neoprene neck seal Latex wrist seals Chest mounted inflate valve Shoulder mounted automatic dump valve Knife / equipment pocket Knee pads There are internal attachment points for braces.
