Aqua Lung Polartec Thermal Fusion Undersuit. This is honestly the warmest under-suit I've ever come across, it fits really well, has some handy pockets and is designed to be used with the Aqua Lung Fusion drysuit.

I'm 5' 7 and 75Kg and it fits perfectly - interestingly my Fusion drysuit is S/M so the sizing doesn't seem to quite line up - however the under-suit is quite stretchy.
