This is new but it has been stored (indoors in a wardrobe) for a number of years as it was a gift that didn't fit me, so has a couple of surface dust marks on the front, which will easily come off on the first dive. Top of Shoulder to Crotch - 27. Crotch to Ankle - 28.75.
